We'll be joined by
- Liz Lainé, Head of Business Development, Parity Projects/Ecofurb; will be introducing, Ecofurb, a new national energy efficiency advice service and the ways it can be used by Community Energy Groups. Liz joined Parity Projects after a decade in consumer advocacy with Citizens Advice, wanting to take a more direct role in delivery. She works with social housing, local authorities, lenders and others to work out how Parity's rich datasets and powerful modelling can help decarbonise homes and keep bills affordable. In her spare time, she has retrofitted two homes and runs a community environmental group so knows the challenges facing homeowners and the groups that want to encourage decarbonisation.
- Alice Wharton from Cooperatives UK will be introducing a new partnership with Crowdfunder which is specifically for share offers looking to address energy efficiency measures.
CEE updates for May's call will include;
