Community Energy England’s Annual General Meeting will take place on Saturday 22 June from 9am-9.45am at Sheffield Hallam University.
The AGM will include:
- Reports by the Chair and Chief Executive (to follow)
- Election of directors
- Minutes of the 2018 AGM
- Draft accounts.
Members attending the AGM will be given their voting form at the beginning of the meeting. Members unable to attend the AGM in person may appoint another member as their Proxy who will attend the meeting to vote on their behalf. Any member organisation not able to attend and who is not able or willing to vote via Proxy may vote using this survey up to 5pm on 21 June 2019 (this deadline allows us to collate responses prior to the AGM).
