To ensure the safety of members and supporters, Community Energy England's Annual General Meeting will again be held online this year, so you must register here in advance if you would like to attend. We welcome attendance from both members and non-members, but only members are able to vote.
Membership is at the core of what we do, and our AGM is a great opportunity to learn more about our governance, input into our direction and engage with us on what matters to you.
Community Energy England members are invited to vote during the meeting for directors in accordance with one member one vote, view and discuss our annual accounts and hear updates from our activities over the last year.
The AGM will include:
- Reports on activity over the last year and looking ahead
- Election of directors
- Minutes of the 2020 AGM
- Draft accounts.
There will also be the opportunity for members to ask questions and to feed into our future plans.
Member organisations that are not able to attend virtually will be able to vote on-line until 7pm on 21 June 2021, in accordance with one vote per organisation. Online voting will be available from 8 June, when you will be sent the link to vote online and details of director nominations.
Please email Charlotte for any queries about our AGM.
