Our 2024 Annual General Meeting took place online on Tuesday 24 September at 1pm. Both members and non-members were invited to attend to hear about CEE’s activities and impact over the year, and learn about our priorities and plans for the rest of 2024 and into 2025.
CEE members were invited to vote for directors and on other items, in accordance with one vote per organisation.
The AGM will included:
- Approval of the minutes from the 2023 AGM – (you can view the draft minutes here)
- Overview of activity since the last AGM and our priorities for the next year – (read our annual report for 2023/24 here)
- Opportunity for members to help to shape our plans
- Approval of CEE’s 2023 draft accounts – (you can access the 2023 draft accounts here)
- Election of directors – (see here for candidate details and voting information)
- Approval of revised Articles of Association and revised Bye-Laws, and a list of the notable changes to aid comparison.
Member organisations that were not able to attend virtually were able to vote online from Friday 6 September, until 7pm on Monday 23 September, in accordance with one vote per organisation.
