About the awards
Celebrating community energy since 2014
The Community Energy Awards were first established by Energise London, with the inaugural awards made at a ceremony in Oxford in June 2014. Since then, the awards have been organised by Community Energy England. The categories change year to year to reflect changes in the sector, but the values they celebrate – like collaboration and inclusion – remain constant.
