SP Energy Networks is launching the second in their Community Energy Clinic series, in collaboration with Regen and Community Energy Scotland, designed to support, connect and upskill community energy organisations across SP Energy Networks’ licence areas.

These short, focused online sessions give community energy groups direct access to the people and policies shaping the future of community energy.

This session will focus specifically on connections withinthe SP Distribution licence area in central and southern Scotland.

A second clinic focusing on the SP Manweb licence area in North Wales and England will follow early next year.

In this session, you will have the chance to:
· Understand what recent changes to the grid connection process mean for community energy projects.
· Identify opportunities for community energy organisations to raise issues, share their experiences and contribute to discussions about grid connections.
· Hear directly from organisations and individuals with practical experience of the connections process through a panel Q&A.
