Welcome to the Cheshire & Warrington Community Energy Masterclass Programme, an exciting series of free workshops designed to upskill community energy groups and those starting their energy journey in key areas, such as energy project development and management, community governance, energy system design, and business planning.

Ultimately, this programme is designed to help you and your organisation navigate the complexities of energy development, and to secure the support and funding required to make your energy ideas a reality.

Masterclass 3 covers Detailed Project Development & Challenges. We will look at:

· What does good project management and development look like?

· How can you prepare your group or organisation to take the next steps?

· What are the key challenges to consider throughout community energy project development?

· Which external resources can be leveraged to support project development?

Masterclass sessions are hosted by community energy experts Scene, on behalf of Enterprise Cheshire & Warrington (working on behalf of Cheshire East Council, Cheshire West & Chester Council and Warrington Council), in coordination with the North West Net Zero Hub.

These sessions are tailored to provide expert support to both new, and established community energy groups and are open to anyone interested in energy or actively developing their own energy projects for the benefit of their communities across Cheshire and Warrington.
