On 4 December 2025, SPEN received Ofgem’s Final Determination on our RIIO-T3 Business Plan. Through RIIO-T3, they will invest up to £12 billion to transform their transmission network in Central and Southern Scotland, from 2026 to 2031. Creating jobs, economic growth, energy security and a more sustainable future for us all.
