National Energy Action is pleased to invite you to a one-hour webinar where we will be spotlighting our latest insights on summer fuel poverty, drawing on evidence from our Lived Experience Library and client data.

While fuel poverty is often framed as a winter issue, their findings show that it persists year-round. In summer, it becomes less visible, but no less severe, shaped by low income, ongoing energy debt, poor housing conditions, and health-related energy needs.

This session will explore how energy hardship shifts during warmer months, from heating to overall affordability and how households continue to face constant financial pressure, trade-offs between essentials, and barriers to achieving a safe and comfortable home environment.

Drawing on in-depth case studies and delivery insights, this session will also examine what effective, person-centred support looks like, and how services can be adapted to better meet the needs of vulnerable households across all seasons.
