SSEN are opening the doors to their control room in Portsmouth  and showcasing how they manage their Southern network. This visit will give you a unique, behind-the-scenes view of how their network is operated in real time.

During the session, two of their experienced control room operators will provide an overview of how they manage network constraints through flexibility, and how they plan for both current and future network events.

Following the control room visit, there will be an informal catch-up session over tea and coffee. This will be an opportunity to have open discussion around the customer journey for Access Products—exploring what’s working well, where improvements can be made, and how they can better support you moving forward.
