Summary: This employee fund will enable us to invest directly in local organisations that already deliver meaningful support in their communities, and have a deep understanding of local needs. Our employees across the north of England will have the opportunity to vote on how this fund is distributed.

What will it fund?

• Support high‑quality, locally led projects that make a tangible difference to community wellbeing, environmental improvement, education, employability, or social inclusion.
• Enable smaller, grassroots organisations to scale their impact, trial new ideas, or continue vital services.
• Strengthen long‑term relationships with local partners who share our commitment to building healthier, more resilient communities.
• Ultimately, the fund is designed to help create positive social value where it matters most, and to support organisations that are already making a proven impact.
