Summary: Unlike Streams 1 and 2, Stream 3 operates on a rolling basis. The opportunity to apply will remain open until 30 September 2027, with applications assessed during 13 consecutive four-week assessment windows. This allows organisations to apply when additional costs arise, rather than waiting for a future funding round.

Who can apply? Small organisations, with charitable aims, operating in London.

What will it fund? the feasibility, development and delivery of community energy projects in London.
