2025 Award Finalist: Collaboration in Community Energy: Community Energy Pathways

Community Energy Pathways (CEP) has created a scalable model for delivering community energy advice through a network of local groups. By collaborating with 23 community energy organisations across the South East and East of England, and with specialist charities for underserved communities, CEP has delivered nearly 20,000 advice sessions and 1,200 home visits, helping households cut energy bills and access vital support. The judges highlighted the programme’s innovation in combining regional coordination, training, and peer-to-peer learning to professionalise and expand delivery, reaching communities often excluded from mainstream support. This collaboration is not only transforming local energy advice but creating a national blueprint, leaving a lasting legacy of capacity, expertise, and impact for the community energy sector.
