27 October 2025
CREW Energy
Crew Energy has continued to make a real difference in south-west London by helping nearly 4,000 households stay warm, reduce energy bills, and tackle fuel poverty. Through home visits, drop-in sessions, Warm Home Packs, and targeted advice, they saved residents over £536,000 and 449 tonnes of CO₂ this year. Their work reaches diverse communities, including older adults, families with young children, and people from minority ethnic backgrounds, with multilingual support and culturally sensitive outreach. Small measures like draught-proofing, radiator reflectors, and dehumidifiers, combined with benefits checks and grant applications, have improved both comfort and financial security. Judges highlighted Crew Energy’s growth, accessibility, strong partnerships, and inclusive approach, praising the real, life-changing impact on residents across all parts of their community.
