About feasibly:
We are an energy startup making AI tools to help renewable energy projects. Over the next nine months, we are launching a tool specifically designed to help community groups develop renewable energy projects. Our ambition is to bring the high-quality technical capabilities typically reserved for utility-scale projects into communities – accelerating local energy across the UK.

Job Description:
We are looking for a Community Engagement Lead to help architect and deliver the engagement strategy for our pilot projects. You’ll be the bridge between community energy and our technical team – shaping our tools through real-world feedback. This role combines community building, facilitation, outreach, and project ownership, ensuring our tool meets the needs of community energy groups.

Contract Length: 9-month fixed term
Hours: 3 days a week: Tuesday – Thursday

Role / Responsibilities:
Community Strategy & Programme Design
– Design and lead the engagement strategy for pilot users & wider community groups;
– Build a clear framework for community participation, feedback loops and growth.

Community Facilitation & Feedback
– Chair weekly online sessions with pilot communities;
– Gather structured feedback and translate insights into reports for the tech team;
– Ensure user needs are consistently represented in product development.

Outreach & Growth
– Lead outreach campaigns to attract users and grow awareness;
– Create and manage content across LinkedIn, Loomio, and newsletters;
– Write copy and coordinate marketing materials (posters & event materials).

Events & Relationship Building
– Run online and in-person demo sessions with community groups if required;
– Attend industry events and act as an ambassador for feasibly.
