BHESCo are based in Brighton and Hove and operate throughout Sussex. Since 2013, BHESCo have developed 70 community energy projects, mostly at no upfront cost to customers through a Power Purchase or Hire Purchase Agreement. BHESCo have experience with a variety of technologies, including solar PV and batteries, heat pumps, insulation upgrades, and smart energy controls.
BHESCo's work is led by Kayla Ente, who was awarded an MBE for service to community energy in 2022.
