✅ Maximum investment: £100,000 (including any existing investment)
✅ Target interest rate: 5%
✅ Next share deadline: 5 February 2027

Our latest project: Common Lot
We are really excited to be raising investment to help finance Common Lot: a new 7.4 MW solar park with 10 MWh of battery storage near Yarnton, Oxfordshire.

With your investment, we plan to:
✅ Generate an additional 7.9 GWh of clean electricity each year, enough to power around 3,000 homes and save 1,000 tonnes of carbon annually.
✅ Generate an additional £6.3 million in community benefit funding.
✅ Enhance biodiversity at the site.
