Our 2026 Annual General Meeting will take place online on Tuesday 22 September at 1pm. Both members and non-members are invited to attend to hear about CEE’s activities and impact over the year, and learn about our priorities and plans for the rest of 2026 and into 2027.

CEE members will also be invited to vote for directors and on other items, in accordance with one vote per organisation. You can find the AGM notice and associated AGM papers below.

The AGM will include:

• Approval of the draft Minutes of the 2025 AGM, (can be viewed here)
• Hear about CEE’s priorities for the next year, (see our 2025 annual report here for last years activity)
• Election of directors, (view the director nominations and voting process here)
• Approval of revised CEE Articles of Association, Special Resolution: That Article 20(1) of the Articles of Association be amended to replace the words ‘not more than the maximum number specified in the bye-laws (if any)’ [or ’12’] with ‘not more than 15’, (revised version of Articles can be viewed here)
• Approval of CEE’s 2025 draft accounts, (access our 2025 draft accounts here)

Member organisations that are not able to attend are able to submit their votes online using this form. The deadline for online voting will be 7pm on Monday 21 September, in accordance with one vote per organisation.
