Community Energy England is a company limited by guarantee, no. 9042561 - our registered name is Community Energy Association (England) Limited. We operate on a purely not-for-profit basis with all of our income used to fund our activities working on behalf of the sector.
Our organisation is governed by its Articles of Association and Bye Laws.
Community Energy England is a membership organisation and we are committed to transparency in our operations and democracy in our governance. Our annual general meeting gives members an opportunity to vote on our accounts and other governance matters, propose resolutions and stand as directors. Throughout the year, members are also able to contact us directly or use our member feedback form to report live issues, suggest ideas and tell us about their support needs.
